Hard copy
- The soft copy of a file when printed on paper is called hard copy.
- It is the physical copy or printed document which we can touch and feel.
- Hard copy is regarded as permanent.
- Hard copy can be in the form of text or image but can not be audio or video.
- It is said to be a physical copy as it exist physically and that is why it occupy physical space.
- Hard copy is not convenient in the case of its portability. It is not easily portable.
- Examples of hard copy are printed book, printed newspaper, printed or written notes etc.
