In this article I have provided a list of Keyboard shortcuts used in MS Excel which will be very helpful for people who often work in MS Excel and also for students in their examination purpose

| 5 | To go the next sheet in a workbook | Press Ctrl and Page Down key |

| 7 | To hide a selected row in a worksheet | Press Ctrl and q key |

I am not professionally good in computer literacy. While searching for the meaning of soft & hard copy meaning your explanation was very clear to me.
