Ans: (a) Sharing spreadsheet : Sharing spreadsheet means to allow multiple users to work on the same spreadsheet at a time. It is just like a teamwork to work in collaboration with other users.

(b) Record changes: It is a feature of LibreOffice Calc which provides different ways to record the changes made by one or other users in the spreadsheet. While recording the changes, the spreadsheet will turn off its shared feature.

Ans: The differences between Merging and Comparing Spreadsheet are as follows-
i. Merging Spreadsheet means combining the edited copy of all the spreadsheets done by different team members whereas Comparing Spreadsheet means to compare the original spreadsheet with the edited spreadsheet.
